IDTS Nurses - Doncaster

Our client has locum job vacancies for IDTS Nurses to work in Doncaster. These vacancies have an initial 3 month contract and the pay rate for these roles is 24-30 per hour depending on experience (limited company worker). Weekend and night rates are also available.

Duties:
- Assessing the physical and mental health of prisoners on admission to the prison
- Making appropriate referrals
- Assessing and treating patients with minor ailments and injuries or refer to the appropriate unit
- Responding to medical emergencies within the prison

Requirements:
All applicants must be a qualified nurse (RMN or RGN), be registered on the NMC and have a valid, up to date pin. You must have at least 2 years recent post qualifying experience working as a nurse within integrated drug treatment services. Experience of the methasoft system and prison clearance is essential. An RCGP Level 1 qualification is desirable.
