Identity Management Administrator

Projektbeschreibung

1 x Identity Manager (IDM administrator) is needed for a contract role with an international organisation based out of Valencia, Spain. Working as part of the client's Identity Services team and in an English speaking environment, you will provide support for Workspace and Identity Services (including Identity Management and development) and assist in providing support for other services running on Microsoft Forefront Identity Manager and ForgeRock OpenIDM.

This is a 6 month contract but has the potential to extend. The client would prefer candidates from Spain but is open to other nationalities. Valencia is a great location with a very low cost of living (applicants should consider this when applying as it does affect available pay rates).

Activities:

- Assist in the design and the implementation of policies and procedures consistent with industry best practices, regulatory requirements and client goals.
- Act as a subject matter expert on best practices and efficient solutions on the support of Microsoft Forefront Identity Manager 2010 R2 and ForgeRock OpenIDM v3.1.0.
- Perform system administration and maintenance on Identity Management solutions.
- Quickly and efficiently troubleshoot issues
- Implement industry standards
- Help formulate a plan of actions for appliances that fall out of the appropriate operating guidelines.
- Evaluate and recommend upgrades or enhancements to the current Identity Management environments.
- Progressively provide support for other Identity services running on Linux/Solaris and Windows (IAM solutions eg CA Single Sign On, etc.)
- Document processes and procedures (SOPs)
- Participate in on-call rotation and operations during maintenance windows
- Participate in disaster recovery exercises
- Create documentation and develop training plans for other support team members

Required Skills:

- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- A minimum of five years of progressive, responsible experience supporting computer systems and/or applications
- A minimum of two years of technical experience supporting an Identity Management infrastructure running on Microsoft Forefront Identity Manager and/or ForgeRock OpenIDM.
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix systems (Red Hat preferred).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Forefront Identity Manager 2010 R2 Synchronization Service and/or ForgeRock OpenIDM v3.1.0.
- Good knowledge of C#, PowerShell and/or JavaScript development.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server or PostgreSQL v9.4.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form.
- Ability to write reports and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a wide variety of audiences
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize work and work with minimum supervision.
- Experience with IT Service Management processes and ITIL Foundation.
