MY DUTIES:

- Organizing Kick-Offs with application owners / IT contacts
- Provide templates and request feedback
- Fill templates with information provided
- Load data to IDM platform
- Plan scope for the bi-weekly releases and ensure an onboarding run-rate of 10 applications every second
- Help Tunis team if escalations are necessary with contacts from target applications
- Help Tunis team in Role-Entitlement Design questions
- Quality assurance of data before loading to new platform
- Additionally to the onboarding / offboarding, the run of the reconciliation of the target systems needs to be coordinated
- Here a team of two persons in Tunis is available
- Plan kick-off schedule with application owners to explain project context and requirements
- Help Tunis team if escalations are necessary with contacts from target applications
- Help Tunis team in process and interface design questions with regards to reconciliation
- Additionally, report the progress on a weekly basis to the project committee

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- English skills very fluently, French as an advantage
- Experience per field - IAM-process experience as an advantage
- Strong analytical skills with excel
- “Endurance” to review and quality check deliverables from Tunis team
- Experience in coordination of project teams also in an international context
- Qualities and competencies required - MS Office (especially Excel)
- Very good communication skills
- Reliability and attention to detail

PROJECT INFORMATION:

- After Audit 44 findings a following project. The bank decided to build a groupwide IAM platform to run compliant IAM processes for all critical applications of the group (aout 300 applications). About 100 applications have already been connected to the new platform and when necessary disconnected from curren IAM systems. For the onboarding / offboarding there is a team of 5 persons located in Tunis to support on.
