Identity Access Management Manager 120-145 Full TimeNew Jersey My client is a Global Financial that is looking for a Team Lead for The IDM Development Team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for the day to day management of the team, understanding and getting requirements from the Business Analyst, Designing Solutions and implementing them with close coordination withLondonandSingaporeteams. Candidate is also required to manage End-User and Stakeholder expectations, and keep the management abreast of all activities. The candidate is also required to have technical expertise in Oracle Identity Management Suite. Expert knowledge in Oracle Identity Management (OIM) product. They will be involved in detailed development activities, serving as the Subject Matter Expert on OIA/OIM and realize requirements to deliver technical and functional projects. They will have an expert level knowledge on using the Oracle java API's. Expert level knowledge of OIM schema is also required to produce custom SQL queries. They should have good understanding of IDM Principles. In this position they are implementing Oracle Identity manager and Federation. They are looking for someone who has knowledge in Kerberos Authentication. This position will have direct reports it is vital that the candidate have three strong communication skills.
