IDENTITY AND ACCESS MANAGEMENT (IAM) EXPERT, CONTRACT - PARIS , FRANCE

My client, a leading Insurance company, is currently looking for an IAM expert to join the technical operations team for Identity and Access Management in Paris .

The team is looking for an experienced IT professional who can work on the B2C facing IAM services area, global B2C repository, identity management with self-service focus, Web Access Management, Mobile/API access management, reinforced authentication and audit and compliance functions.

The successful candidate with be required to define and evolve architecture blueprints, design patterns, service definitions/use cases be in contact with local IT organizations evaluating service onboarding request for strategic alignment, performing gap analysis, suggesting platform enhancements, collaborating with experts from different countries to evolve roadmap and service strategy.

KEY SKILLS

At least 5 years of experience in Customer authentication, and identity management projects in large enterprise context

Proven experience with IAM components (CA SiteMinder, Layer7), and with Java based open source solutions ( openLDAP, custom development)

Enterprise architecture skills: excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills combined with highly effective presentation skills.

Experience on service globalization and onboarding especially on identity self-service for customers, access management, multitenant IAM solutions

Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to build strong ongoing business relationships at a strategic level with customers

Fluent in English, Experience in multi-cultural context

DELIVERABLES

Evolve service vision, strategy architecture blueprint, and service definitions for B2C Identity and access management shared services. Strategically align demands, perform gap analysis, improve architecture processes by creating templates and onboarding accelerators, define solution patterns, and providing architecture support for projects:

o Analyze group entities interest to onboard into shared services, identify requirements, gaps, evaluate onboarding feasibility, suggest onboarding roadmap and integration architecture for

- Repository services for potentially over 100M of identities for multiple scope
- Web and Mobile Access management, SSO, Federation (CA SiteMinder, CA layer 7)
- Authentication services, various Authentication Methods (under definition)

o Manage expectations; collaborate with group entities

o Supporting the solution selection processes through analysis and RFP from architecture/Security/Requirement point of view (collect, formulate requirements; propose, evaluate solutions)

o Support the IAM B2C Program Manager in the implementation of the B2C sharedservices

o Support the IAM B2C project managers to ensure client focus during initial onboarding

o Collaborate with the other IAM stakeholders especially with the competency centers
