BUSINESS ANALYST/ENGINEER -Identity and Access Management-SYSTEM CONTROLLER-User authorised accounts

Creation of organizational processes and structures based on economical principles. Creation of conceptional solutions for economical and functional problems and also you had to provide timely identity management services for end users and authorized requestors including creation, change, and termination requests for user accounts. Taking into account network security and data privacy requirements.

MAIN TASK

- Analysis, Design, Testing, Implementation and Documentation of Identity & Access Management Processes preferably with focus on cloud solutions
- Business and IT Process analysis and re-design for simplification, user satisfaction, security, operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Creation of technical training material and delivering training to IT users and IT operational teams
- Monitoring and Periodic review of operational process effectiveness
- Technical hands-on tasks for organizing and preparing large-scale IT solution rollouts
- Documentation of process steps according to regulatory requirements and internal standards
- Incident and Issue Handling based on ITIL, Exception Management

Note: Fluent in English and German, spoken and in writing and Experience in a global, multi-cultural environment is mandatory for this role.
