NextLink is a Swiss IT consultancy company that has been providing both IT services and IT staffing to major customers for the past 20 years.
NextLink is currently looking for an IDENTITY AND ACCESS MANAGEMENT ARCHITECT to work in BRUSSELS, BELGIUM for 18-24 MONTHS.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
- Undertake IAM technology/tools specific IAM consulting engagements and ensure targeted downstream revenue from the consulting deliveries
- Provide delivery support (Architecture reviews) to IAM engagements in respective geographies
- Contribute to CISO portal and international forums through point of view articles
- Contribute to IAM COE development - IAM Reference Architecture blueprints, joint technical solution conceptualizationand at the same time should have attention to implementation level details.
- At least 8 year experience in implementation of various IAM technologies/tools for BFSI and Retail customers. IAM experience with other verticals would be added advantage.
- At least 5 year experience architecting highly available, scalable, and agile IAM solutions (IAG, WAM, SSO, Risk based authentication, Federation, PAM, etc.) in alignment with larger enterprise (security) architecture.
- Good understanding of the Infrastructure/Networking/Middleware/Cloud components, Development technologies/methodologies, and standards/protocols relevant to IAM solution architecture.
- Must be certified in the IAM product suite of expertise
- Must be certified in least in one of the following: CISSP, TOGAF (Security), SABSA
- Fluent English (French optional)

- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and stake holder expectation management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Self-driven and ability to perform in demanding environment
- Strong thought leadership, envisioning and solution skills, with an ability to draw big picture at the same time able to detail on lower level functional issues.
- Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload
- Strong leadership skills with ability to lead Consultants and develop offerings
