IDENTITY ACCESS MANAGEMENT ANALYST WITH SAILPOINT

On behalf of our client, a leading bank in Zürich, we are looking for an IDENTITY ACCESS MANAGEMENT ANALYST WITH SAILPOINT.

ROLE:

- Work in a global team and act as a Technical Specialist for internally developed applications.
- Provide impact analysis for changes in the environment and ensure proper integration across components/products.
- Delivery of audit reports and support evidence to Service and Product Management (SPM) and other audit teams
- Investigate and analyze incidents and problems escalated by the L2 global support team
- Delivery of bug fixes and operational break fixes seen within the environment

SKILLS:

- Proven experience with Sailpoint (Identity Governance and Cloud Identity Management Software)
- Over 5 years of experience in support engineering role (bug fixes and escalation of problem)
- Strong background in Identity and Access Management
- Some development skills in Java (to change customization)
