Job Description "ICT training account executive"

John Cordier Academy, a leading ICT training organisation, has spent the past 30 years providing ICT training services to businesses in a wide range of companies and organizations both in the private and public sector. We deliver top notch ICT training, helping our clients to gain insight in the rapidly evolving ICT technology. To support our further expansion, we are currently seeking an additional ICT training Sales Executive to join our team.

Job Responsibilities
You will identify potential clients, engage prospects, and close ICT training deals. You will be responsible for planning and organizing your sales activities, including prospecting for new clients and proposal writing in order to ensure productivity and achievement of goals.
The role requires significant interaction with clients, which may be face-to-face or over the telephone.

Typical activities include:
? Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
? Developing relationships with new customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
? Identifying and reaching key decision makers
? Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
? Finding and overcoming common prospect objections and asking for the sale;
? Gathering market and customer information;
? Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
? Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations;
? Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
