ICT Trainer

Your role will be to co-ordinate and facilitate the delivery of structured training initiatives to support the Implementation of complex Information Management (IM)/Information and Communication Technology (ICT) initiatives

Your responsibilities will include:

- Specifying the content and structure of training and education packages to meet the implementation needs stakeholders
- Determining developing training initiatives to meet the needs of end users
- Developing training deliverables and resources required to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of systems that business needs
- Administering and coordinating the review process of the ICT training artefacts to ensure consistent standards
- Ensuring training activities are coordinated and integrated with other commissioning orientation and training activities
- Providing expert and technical advice and guidance on any aspect of the preparation of the training environment
- Facilitating the successful transfer of business and/or technical skills and knowledge

Your demonstrated skills and experience are:

- Knowledge or experience in the coordination, development, implementation, delivery and evaluation of clinical and non-clinical training deliverables within complex projects
- Proven ability to contribute to the development and provision of learning activities, including the design, creation, packaging and maintenance of materials and resources for use in education and training
- Proven experience in the provision of classroom based training using a range of instructional techniques
- Well-developed interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Proven analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills and a proven ability to work in a team environment
- Developing and maintaining strong and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
