ICT Technical Specialist (Storage)

Use your experience with EMC storage technologies and Brocade Fabrics (preferably BCFB - Brocade Certified Fabric Professional).

Your Storage deployment knowledge with experience in I/O profiling disk layout will also be looked upon favorably.

Ideal skills for this position include:

- Experience with NetApp Filers including SnapMirror and SnapVau
- Well-developed analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve system availability and performance issues; and
- Excellent liaison and oral/written communication skills, particularly in relation to the effective presentation of technical issues and to the development of an open and effective relationship with other stakeholders

Your RESPONSIBILITIES as the Storage Specialist will include but will not be limited to:

- Providing 3rd level specialist advice and support for the Enterprise storage
- solution
- Provide knowledge/skills transfer to other team members
- Record and maintain files/information in accordance with business requirements
