ICT Support - PC, Laptop, Printer, Phone, 1st line, 2nd line

ICT officer required to provide first and second support for ICT servcices, dealing with a range of user equipment, software and telecommunication systems. You will provide a high quality advice, guidance, fixing and improving service to internal and external customers with varying ICT skills. Supporting over 100 sites and 5000 plus users with end user equipment (PCs, Laptops, Printers, Phones, etc) with over 200 applications in use running within two main server rooms and over 150 plus Servers.

You will have a broad depth of technical knowledge across the different ICT specialist areas and have a good understanding of service operating principles. A significant experience of working in an ICT environment providing a 1st/2nd line support to broad range of customer enquiries.

The role involves some working in air conditioned server rooms with noisy equipment and some physical demands with lifting/carrying ICT equipment. This role requires a full driving licence.
