Are you an ICT Support Analyst looking for a new role? I am recruiting for a 6 month contract for an ICT Support Analyst to provide 1st and 2nd Line Support to an Aberdeen based organisation. You will have a good understanding of Microsoft desktops, active directory, have a good telephone manner as you will be dealing with both internal and external stakeholders. You will also be tasked with assigning the incident with the correct team member, and making sure that the agreed timescales are met.
