Job Position: ICT Support
Location: Switzerland (Bern)
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Contract (3 months initially scope to extend long-term)
Rate: 30 - 40 CHF an hour
Montash have been engaged with a medical research organisation in Switzerland (Bern), who are seeking a competent and well-rounded ICT Support Engineer working as 2nd Level Support. The successful candidate would have fluency in Swiss German or German.
Due to the location of this project, PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN SWITZERLAND IN A FREELANCE CAPACITY.
The ideal ICT Support candidate will have
REQUIRED:
- 2nd Level Support experience
- Windows 7, 8 and 10 knowledge
- Servers 2008 and 2016 knowledge
- Experience with SQL server
- Citrix Server Knowledge
- Active Directory Knowledge
- German language Fluent or Swiss German Fluent
PREFERRED:
- Experience working with customers remotely
- French language level B2
- Italian language skills
- Previous experience working in a medical/health environment
