ICT SPECIALIST - SERVICE INTEGRATION AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT/12 MONTHS/GHENT
As a Service Integration and Change Manager you will be responsible for the administrative support within the ICT Service Integration department's (Change Management Office) Change Release and Configuration Management Process as to achieve a fluent and efficient handling of these activities. This all in close collaboration with other ICT services.
BELOW TASKS WILL NEED TO BE EXECUTED:
- Registering/follow-up of changes/releases in our service management tool
- Doing quality control on the registration of changes
- Reporting on unresolved issues
- Preparing the CAB meetings
TECHNICAL AND FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:
- Have a good knowledge of Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Be accustomed with IT technology
- Have good knowledge of ITIL (change management) and working ina process minded manner is an absolute must.
- Experience with Landesk is a plus.
- Being in the possession of a driver's license B
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Start: Asap or 1/1/2015
- Duration: 12 months
- Location: Ghent
- Languages: Native Dutch and knowledge of French and English
