ICT Sourcing Pricing Team Lead

The Successful candidate will be assisting with negotiation and contract finalisation processes.

The duties will include;

- Lead the Pricing Evaluation Team on the conduct of the tendere valuation;
- Conduct and coordinate the Pricing Evaluation Team evaluation in accordance with the Tender Evaluation Plan, including detailed financial modelling and assessment, risk and issue identification and managing items requiring clarification and escalation;
- Participate in cross Tender Evaluation Team meetings and work cooperatively and collaboratively with other project members and other stakeholders;
- Assist,as required,in the preparation for clarification and negotiation with tenderers,including the preparation of relevant documentation and artefacts;

To be successful your skills and experience will focus on the following;

- Knowledge and significant demonstrable experience with evaluating and assessing pricing responses of large and complex ICT tender responses.
- Excellent financial analysis and Excel skills and the abilityt o undertake detailed analysis and produce complex spread sheets and graphs quicklyand accurately.
- Relationship management skills including evidence of theirability to:

(a) work with a range of stakeholders, including Senior Executives and the project's Procurement, Legal and Probity Advisors, to ensure appropriate engagement and input on significant,complex and often contentious issues;
(b) direct, work with and guide team members with varying skills and knowledge to achieve project outcomes; and
(c) Work with other teams and undertake information sharing and knowledget ransfer.
