ICT Service Portfolio Controller 80% wanted for our Thun based client in the Government sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Qualification in Service Management and Processes along with analytical skills and structured working methods
- Profound knowledge of ITSM Suite Assyst Ticketing System, SAP BI Reporting and Excel is a big plus
- Strength in independent and self-reliant action in the field of Service Management
- Talented in customer communication along with quick comprehension
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Being responsible for the monitoring of the ICT service portfolio and the associated IT products for completeness of data
- Creating customer-specific solution offers and maintaining the offer portfolio as well as establishing SLA's and framework agreements between IT and the business partners
- Assisting for the adjustments to the product catalogue, product descriptions, price list and illustration in the shop
- Supporting the preparation of deviation and bottleneck analyses along with identification of consequences
- Measuring and evaluating service KPI and identify consequences as well as processing and allocating of tickets in the service portfolio
- Acting as contact person for complaints and fulfilling invoicing and reporting
