Description:
YOU WILL BE IN CHARGE OF:
- Answering to incidents
- Diagnosing and resolving technical HW
- Researching questions via existing or available resources;
- Advising user for appropriate actions;
- Following procedures
- Identifying
- Experience in MS Office 2007, MS Exchange 2010, AD, Windows XP
- Experience in Terminal Services
- Customer service oriented;
- Analytical
- Attention to details & organized.
LANGUAGE:
- French: Fluent
- Dutch: Fluent
- English: Asset
