ICT Senior Project Manager

Manage and supervise ICT projects in a coherent functional area.
Coordination of a team of 5 to 20 people, depending on project scope.
Liaise with Release Manager and ICT Operations team to ensure right priorities are defined.
Act as a delegate of the ICT Applications Manager in specific matters.
As experienced Senior Project Manager, coach more junior PM's on project management best
practices.

Responsibilities:
1. SPOC for Business and management instances:
Be the main contact point for all matters related to his project(s):
- Spot and elaborate business requests. Formalize & prioritize.
- Monitor business satisfaction.
- Liaise with & report to appropriate management/governance instances.

2. Projects Coordination / Business continuity & Service delivery
Realize projects in line with governance forum priorities and marketing program.
Coordinate project delivery within his domain. Ensure project delivery according to project charters and along 3 main dimensions (budget (resources), timing, quality).
Where relevant, be the final responsible for, along defined service levels, the maintenance of the
applications and the support in his functional area and organize the business continuity (with guard teams).
Ensure excellence in incident resolution and reporting.
At any time be prepared to communicate a clear and transparent status of your project in terms of:
Budget follow up (actuals, last baseline, estimate to complete…)
Timing
Quality (defects status, resolution target…)
Milestones (earned value)
Risks
Scope (progress on core scope, change requests, design remarks…)

3. People Management/Financial management
Communicate with and coordinate with the different teams of the functional domain. Lead, inform and motivate your project(s) team through active and open communication.
Bring support interms of technical, organisational and management competences.

Use release management to detect overcharge or availability and take corrective decisions.
Prepare exercise per quarter with a rolling view over 3 quarters.
Ensure not only the quantity but also the quality of the resources is appropriate.
Take all project delivery milestones and service delivery into account in release and resource planning.
Ensure timely communication to all stakeholders including the company, group and commercial clients.
Plan & follow up budgets. Indicate evolutions for the future & comment events from the actual costs & earned value in relation to planned cost. Strive for and demonstrate maximum efficiency.

4. Architecture / Processes / Reporting
Participate in the elaboration of, implement and ensure respect of applicationexperience communicating with all levels in the organization.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
