ICT Security Specialist

For our client in Venlo, the Netherlands we are looking for ICT Security Specialist

Location: Venlo
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 months

Introduction:
As part of the ICT program for 2014 an information security implementation plan has been developed. The main goal of this plan is to protect; information, in particular strictly confidential information, internally as well as externally, by implementing measures that result from the information security policy. The plan consists of several program items that will be executed next year.

Position's main tasks:

The ICT security specialist will have to design and implement
1) Security Information; Event Management
2) Intrusion Prevention System
3) Secure email
4) Network segmentation for end-users
5) Web server; Client - server application security
6) Two factor authentication for web sites; client, server applications
7) AD provisioning, delegation, compliances

He or she will have to:
1) select appropriate products following our client's standards
2) implement these tools himself; and or with the help of consultants
3) roll out the solution to the client sites in scope
These program items must be executed using our client's own project management methodology, whereby the IT security specialist will also act as project lead.

Need to have:

Extensive experience with:
- SIEM appliances
- Intrusion Prevention Systems - Checkpoint
- e-mail encryption and signing - GlobalSign
- Cisco Identity Services Engine
- F5 Firepass
- SSL encryption
- Two factor authentication - Keytalk
- Quest Active Roles
- MSc degree or qualification in Computer Science or comparable
- Project management skills, eg good at organizing and coordinating
- Very good knowledge of networking, but also hands-on experience
- Open-minded and flexible
- Fluent in English

Nice to have:
- Prince2
- MCSE certified
