ICT Security Specialist

- TS NV1 security clearance desirable
- Minimum 5 years experience in ICT Security or related discipline
- 12 month+ contract

Skills required:
Experience in one or more of the following domains:
o Security architecture
o Information Technology Security Advisor
o ICT Security Incident Management
o Information Technology Security Management
o Systems Certification
o Network architecture (WAN/MAN/LAN)
o Gateway system architecture
o Mobile system architecture

Previous responsibility for delivering major components of large ICT system programs/projects
Understanding of the ICT system life cycle -Cradle to grave
Broad understanding of technologies and how they can be applied to solve business problems and meeting the security requirements.
Well developed problem diagnostic skills and the ability to contribute to the ongoing development of the department's ICT systems.
Strong understanding of Client Server architecture, telecommunications (LAN and WAN) and business applications.
Experience in designing systems to handle national classified material and strong understanding of the PSPF and ISM.
Understanding of multi-domain access and cross-domain system architecture
Proven record of providing security architectural leadership
Demonstrated strong presentation and communication skills
Ability to communicate complex technical issues in a simple way which can be understood by non-technical personnel
