ICT Project Support Officer

Our Perth based client requires a ICT Project Support Officer to join their existing team for an immediate start.

Exceptional Customer Service, Technical and Interpersonal skills a must!

This role is for an initial 4 month contract with possibility of extension opportunities.

DUTIES:

- Manage the collection and retention of project reports and prepares Management Summary Reports.
- Writes and distributes minutes of project meetings.
- Oversees and contributes to the preparation of project documents.
- Prepares project documentation and issues documents to Project Managers, Co-ordinators and delegated project resources.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Demonstrated proficiency in a board range of office based computer applications specifically Microsoft Office
- Products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project
- Good interpersonal and customer services skills.
- Good communication skills both written and oral.
- Demonstrated ability to research and develop written material.
- Good organisational abilities, with experience in working on time constrained activities.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience working in an ICT related Projects environment
- Prince2 Foundation or awareness
