ICT Procurement Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for

- Lead and provide guidance to the Corporate Evaluation Team on the conduct of the tender evaluation;
- Conduct and coordinate the Corporate EvaluationTeam evaluation in accordance with the Tender Evaluation Plan, including team assessment, risk and issue identification and managing items requiring clarification and escalation;
- Participate in crossTender Evaluation Team meetings and work cooperatively and collaboratively with other project members and other stakeholders
- Prepare relevant evaluation reports in line with the Tender Evaluation

To be successful your skills and experience will focus on the following;

Knowledge and significant demonstrable experience with evaluating and assessing large and complex ICT tender responses and conducting contract negotiations.

Relationship management skills including evidence of their ability to:

(a) work with a range of stakeholders,includingLegal and Probity Advisors, to ensure appropriate engagement and input on significant, complex and often contentious issues;

(b) work with team members with varying skills and knowledge to achieve project outcomes; and

(c) obtain the engagement andc ommitment of stakeholders at the Senior Executive Level.

Knowledge of corporate related matters pertaining to ICT procurements,evaluation, negotiation and enteringc ontracts, including licencing, risk protections, duediligence, liability and legal frameworks.
