ICT PROCESS ANALYST

TECHNICAL SKILLS
The Cobit governance framework
A service management framework (eg ITIL)
A SDLC methodology (preferably Agile)
Unified Modelling Language (UML),
Processes description techniques like Role Activity Diagrams, BPMN, ...
Project management practices,
Microsoft Office suite, including Visio

The knowledge of the following will be considered as a plus:
Requirements gathering techniques (knowledge of Agile Software Development 'user stories' requirements elicitation technique is a real plus)
Analysis methodology while ICT has its own standards the BA will have to adhere to,
Information security guidelines (eg ISO17799, ISO27002, ISA99, )
Testing concepts and practices.

Soft skills

Experience
At least proven 3 of the 5 latest years of:
Processes analysis, development of methodologies or similar activities,
Proven experience in Cobit5 framework implementation/migration.
At least 3 years of practical experience in software delivery/operations (eg as team
member on a software delivery project or as member of an operations management
team)
Any experience related to ICT security will be a plus

Languages
Fluent speaking/writing in Dutch/French,
Good English knowledge.

CONTRACT: Until 31st December + likely extension

RATES: Excellent
