ICT Portfolio Governance Manager

Technical preferred

- Experience in Portfolio, Program and Project Office (P30)
- Experience in Government departments
- Strong MS Office skills
- Previous work experience in an ICT environment
- Supervisory/Management skills

The duties of the role are:

- Provides authoritative advice and assistance to the Director, ICT Strategy and Planning and the ClO on major management matters regarding the ICT Investment Solutions Portfolio, the Quality Management System and the Project Management Framework.
- Identifies improvements in the performance and overall quality of the planning, and evaluation methods for the ICT Investment Solutions Portfolio;
- Enhances communication and collaboration at all relationship levels of the organisation, including Business satisfaction around ICT strategic projects.
- Responsible for the administration of the Applications portfolio tool, CEB IT Roadmap.
- Directs and/or conducts special assignment, projects, and studies on activities of concern to the Director, ICT Strategy and Planning and the ClO as required. These activities may involve:
- Coordination of policies, plans, and evaluation methods; and
- Implementation of ICT initiatives;
- Preparing briefing papers providing the probable consequences of the various courses of action, along with authoritative recommendations leading to change, redirection, implementation, or elimination of projects and programs;
- Collaboratively leads ICT Business Transformation across the enterprise.
- Performs the administrative and human resource management functions relative to the staff supervised
