ABOUT YOU

Are you conversant in the support, maintenance and development of applications such as Civica EDRMS, Lagan CRM and ESRI GIS (or similar/related programs)? Have you experience in managing system upgrades/other ICT projects to successful conclusions and reviewing business processes to translate these into end-user solutions? Have you experience in supplier liaison and management and managing ICT projects across suppliers and teams?

ABOUT THE ROLE

Southend-on-Sea Borough Council are currently enhancing and consolidating EDRMS across the authority, with the following projects planned for the coming weeks:

* EDRMS LLPG integration
* E-Form integration
* Document Disposal and Retention
* EDRMS Mobile
* Hot Key enablement
* Integration/Use of EDRMS with Children's Services and Highways
* Experience and knowledge in using CRM (preferably Lagan), GIS (preferably ESRI) and IT Service Management (Hornbill Supportworks)
* Street Works/Highways (preferably Insight Symology) are advantageous.
