ICT Network Technician/Teaching and Learning Network Technician

Annual Salary £16,998 - £21,734

Full Time - 37 Hours per Week

18 Month Fixed Term Contract

Based in Harlow

Essex County Council is undergoing the largest transformation programme of its kind in the UK and technology is recognised as being strategically critical to this innovative and radical transformation. Information Services is at the forefront of delivering this technological change.

As a result, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced network technician to maintain technology equipment and systems over a primary area of responsibility. You will be part of the network technician team and contribute to other work county wide.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

- ICT expertise
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Exposure to Microsoft 7/8, server 2012 and web services preferred but not essential.

Any successful applicant to this post would be appointed on a fixed term contract.
