ICT Marketing/Media Communications Consultant

Responsibilities include the following:
Responsible for brand planning and management, build brand management system;
developing and executing comprehensive, highly strategic, measurable communication campaigns tailored to the commercialization communication needs of our global brand;
As spokesman communicate with the media, analysts and industry organizations, promote understanding of service industry among the industry organizations;
Hold, develop and maintain credible relationships with key industry media, enhance relationship and cooperation across the full range of media;
Responsible for maintenance and cooperation with industry communications such as GSMA, TMF, Uptime etc;
Develop ideas and opportunities for feature articles, interviews, presentations, and other public relations activities that promote awareness of the company and its products or services

Qualifications include the following:
MBA preferred or related discipline;
10+ years experience in direct marketing, communications or Marketing ICT industry, experience within B2B highly desirable;
Many years of industry communications experience is required, industry organization background is a plus (GSMA/TMF);
Skilled in operating within complex stakeholder organisations - strong influencing skills
Ability to work in a high-pressure role with deadlines and responsibility, able to make quick decisions
Entrepreneurial and creative capability with a track record of developing successful marketing campaigns
Good interpersonal presentation and communications skills
Extensive experience in creating
Digital marketing and new media marketing operation experience is required;
English as first working language, excellent written, oral and listening is required;
Extensive experience with Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint;
Base in Shenzhen, can accept global travel frequently.
