We are urgently looking for a Dutch speaking ICT Manager to join our client based in Belgium, on a 12-18 months contract. Our client is a Belgium public transportation corporation, and they are located in Mechelen.
ROLE SUMMARY:
- The mission is to drive the IT department together with the Director, F
- Ensures that supplier evaluations are performed and allows monitoring of contracts. Sends the procurement processes and to -policies
- Ensures that all contracts will be brought up to date and correct license fees are paid
Organizational improvement:
- Allows an improved organizational model for IT (roles and responsibilities, quality, managing risk, security and compliance, advisory and governance mechanisms)
- Examines and proposes improvements in the processes of the IT department
- State, together with the Director, F & ICT, for internal and external monitoring, evaluation and eventual adjustment of the IT organization:
- Is it responsible for performance of the IT organization and the relevant KPIs and scorecards:
- Explains the fixed KPIs and scorecards, and validates them and use them and report them
- Identifies, implements and follows improvements accordingly
- Determines the necessary actions to align IT activities with internal and external commitments performs these activities
- Supports internal compliance and is partly responsible for the external compliance.
- Make the necessary activities fixed (for the tuning of the internal IT activities and -policies with external liabilities) and let them perform.
- Validates the plan for alignment of internal IT activities and -policies with external compliance requirements
- Help to ensure that the governance processes are followed within the ICT department and evaluates, validates and controls the IT governance processes
- Supports IT risk management and security
