ICT BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST/8 MONTHS/MERELBEKE, BELGIUM

ICT Business Process Analyst urgently required for one of my clients for an initial period of 8 Months to be based in Merelbeke, Belgium

Job description

In this role as a Business Process Analyst you will be responsible for:

- Drafting, maintain and manage the ICT Process documentation
- Coaching, including the training aspect concerning the ICT processes.
- Coaching an supporting the line managers and process owners with the implementing, managing and 'living' the processes by actively being present in the company
- Creating, optimizing and giving specific role and specialization trainings.
- Taking care of the daily process supporting tasks such as:
- Project announcements
- Reporting on monthly PKI/KGI
- Proper communication
- Attending status meetings and reporting on them.
- In the light of 'Continuous Service Improvement' permanent follow-up and evaluation of the manner in which ICT processes are being implemented and experienced.

Required skills

- ITIL 2011 (certificate is necessary and will be requested by the client)
- COBIT 5
- Global insight in the coherence of IT processes (demand project management, application management, infrastructural management, service management) and Maturity models.
- Profound knowledge of modelling techniques
- Knowledge of qualitative norms and standards and/or frameworks is considered a serious plus
- Minimum 10 years of experience within ICT departmen
- Changing and delivering of ICT services from both a project and service management point of view.
- managing the coherence and transition between project and service management
- Management of operations, applications and infrastructure
- Minimum 5 years of service management experience with:
- Operational process management functions, guarding the quality an maturity levels of the service management organisation.
- Environments with a high degree of outsourcing, including outsourcing experience concerning the functioning, management of the processes and service management is considered a plus.
- Experience with aligning the service management with other ICT management and steering processes is a plus as well
- Minimum 3 years of experience with
- implementing the COBIT framework
- Identification of and dealing with resistance, creating the required interaction on the involved levels as well as coaching and guiding the involved parties.
- Process modelling.
- Experience in coaching and organisational change management
- Experience in the detailed execution of project announcements and drafting business cases
