Our client currently has an exciting opportunity for an ICT Apprentice to join their team based in Solihull. The key responsibility of the role will be to assist in the provision of an efficient and effective ICT support service to their group. You will learn to provide ICT technical support and install and maintain the services in a range of locations. Contributing to the work of the team in the delivery of projects you will respond to the service demands.
The successful candidate for this role will ideally be educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English. Ideally with experience of working within an office environment; you will be customer focussed and have a genuine interest in ICT and technology. They are looking for a result driven and proactive individual to provide an excellent customer service to work closely with their customers.
