ICMS Analyst Programmer/Programmer Analyst

My client is currently looking for a Integrated Customer Management System (ICMS) Analyst Programmer/Programmer Analyst to work with one of their Telecom operators clients in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Candidates must have extensive experience in the development and integration of ICMS software with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in ILE RPG, RPG400 programming, and AS400 OS.

Have strong technical knowledge of ICMS Billing, Customer Care, Service Order, Provisioning, Rating, Plant and other key ICMS modules with strong knowledge in DB2 architecture.

As a member of my clients professional services team, your responsibilities will include:

*You will be a member of the development and enhancement team of ICMS application
*Write technical specifications based on the user's functional requirements
*Develop ICMS code based on approved technical specifications
*Perform configuration of ICMS accordance with the approved specifications
*Participate in meetings with customer to capture business requirements
*Perform system integration, design, development and testing of interfaces between ICMS and other external systems
*Performs User Acceptance Test (UAT) for the newly developed program enhancement according to the business requirements specifications
*Document implementation requirements, test scenarios, and test cases
*Compose program/system documents and review documents of other team members
*Support data migration and Go-Live activities
