IC Validation Engineer - Netherlands - Semiconductors

OUR CUSTOMER, A MAJOR SEMICONDUCTOR CUSTOMER IS LOOKING FOR IC VALIDATION ENGINEER

Main responsibilities:

- Set-up and execute automated validation and testing of IC's.
- Analyze measurement results and propose fixes for bugs found.
- Write MatLab based automated equipment programs.
- Write scripts using Python language.
- Do test requirements/test results administration (eg in DOORS)
- Create English written documentation
- Support designers en verification engineers

Expected Skills

- M.Sc./BSc. in electronic engineering or equivalent.
- 5+ years experience in IC validation and/or verification.
- Skilled in working with all kinds of test equipment.
- Knowledge of IC-design, digital background preferred.
- Knowledge of Scripting languages, preferably Python.
- Verilog/VHDL RTL knowledge is a pre.
- Good communication skills, team player, driver mentality, pro-active attitude.
- Networking skills, creative, motivating, curious, open minded.
- Able to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Fluent English speaker.
