Additional qualifications include:
- Experienced ptest activities on of mixed signal platforms or similar
- Experience in the use of IC ATE test systems, handlers and probers for high volume IC test
- Proficient in the use of data analysis tools for IC characterisation (SEDana, Excel etc)
- Proficient in the use of capability analysis (CpK)
- Proficiency with Microsoft* Office* tools
- Able to produce high quality work to tight timescales with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to produce concise technical reports
