MISSION DESCRIPTION:
- Recover functional and technical incidents and requests or escalate them to resolver groups in order to restore IT service to defined service levels.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Local Ordering and Billing - customer and production support
PROFILE
- Customer service
- Business Analysis skill
- English speaking mandatory
EDUCATION & KNOWLEDGE
- SAP systems (basic knowledge)
