Job description:
1) Set up the planning and design capability framework at stadium scenario.
2) Set up the capability of capacity dimensioning at stadium scenario, it should be include but not limited at methodology of the capacity dimensioning/traffic model deign etc.
3) Set up the capability of coverage design, providing the design methodology, including but not limited to: link budget/ edge coverage KPI design/ antenna selection/ interference control etc.
4) Provide the comprehensive optimization procedure and methodology including, but not limited to: coverage optimization, interference optimization, HO optimization, access performance optimization etc.
5) Provide support for the stadium design project.

Deliverables:
1) Service technical materials preparation and knowledge transfer.
2) Service product roadmap suggestions.
3) Workshop or presentation materials.
4) Industry & market trend analysis
5) Competition analysis

Requirements:
Qualifications, industry experience overall requirements:
1) The academic requirements for a bachelor's degree and above.
2) More than 8 years planning and design of large-capacity stadium experience.
3) More than 5 years UMTS network planning and optimization experience.
4) Nearly three years have been did 5 large venues design (more than 5 million people in the stadium), 3 of the stadium should be located in Europe or North America area. Planning reports and acceptance reports should be provided.
5) Higher industry relationships and influence.
6) English as a working language.

Capability requirements:
1) Good skills at indoor-building-system planning and design.
2) Deeply knowledge at UMTS radio network planning and optimization.
3) Good operation at iBwave or Winprop application.
4) Willingness to travel overseas.
