IBM MDM Architect

MUST HAVE:

- 10+ years of experience in architecture, design and development of Master Data Management (MDM) systems
- 5+ years of experience in IBM MDM (IBM MDM V11)
- Must have played MDM Architect role in at least 2 end to end projects
- Must have implemented multiple architecture patters (Consolidation, Harmonization, Centralisation)
- Strong knowledge of IBM MDM Party data Model
- Experience in Complex workflow/business process design; Experience in Integrating IBM MDM system with Industry standard workflow tool
- Experience in defining and implementation of Roles and Responsibilities, Access Control in IBM MDM
- EXPERIENCE IN MDM UI DESIGN (STRONG JAVA SKILLS)
- Must be leading a 10+ member team in delivering IBM MDM solution
- Experience in integrating IBM MDM system in batch and Real Time mode

NICE TO HAVE:

- Commercial Banking Experience
- Experience in IBM MDM Environment Sizing and Performance Tuning
- Exposure to Agile mode of software development
- Requirements Elicitation
- Good communication and customer interaction skills
- Experience with Tibco integration tools
