Yoh has a contract-to-hire opportunity for an IBM MAXIMO CONFIGURATION MANAGER to join our client in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

POSSESSION OF A DOD TOP SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED AS A CONDITION FOR EMPLOYMENT.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage baseline configuration using existing and projected Configuration Management (CM) toolsets and databases including Maximo/Asset Data Management (ADM) and Aperture (VWS)/Aperture Vista. This will include identifying sources of CM data, collecting CM data, validating its accuracy and completeness, and when required, populating the CM databases through data entry and file conversion (eg ASCII to Aperture).
- Provide a Monthly Status Report to the Government on the baseline configuration status. This report will reflect the percentage of completion and accuracy of the baseline inventory as documented in the standard CM databases.
- Provide quality CM toolset development support services through IT asset management, change control, CM information audit, documentation, and IT equipment layout drawing. Maintain hardware, software, and applications data information in the ADM.
- Reconcile data discrepancies between ADM Defense Property Accountability Systems (DPAS), and Contracting Officer Representative Administration System (CORAS) databases.
- Reconcile data discrepancies between ADM Defense Property Accountability Systems (DPAS) and Asset Data Management (ADM) databases.
- Reconcile the data provided by the Asset Discovery Software with the Asset Data Management (ADM) database.
- Maintain and develop ad hoc reports using Aperture and SQL reports from ADM.
- Maintain and coordinate floor space for IT equipment.
- Participate in the local and enterprise configuration management and change process.
- Participate in all data calls, inspections, inventories, and audits; work with team members to ensure all findings are researched and corrected.
- Participate in a variety of data calls that involve data gathering, compilation, and reconciliation.
- Provide suggestions on how to streamline data gathering procedures and maintain a body of information readily available for quick turnaround calls.
- Establish and maintain effective professional working relationships with co-workers and customers.
- Follow policies and procedures as described in corporate manuals and directives.
- Carry out other duties as may be assigned or requested.
- Attend work each day during schedule work hours unless on approved travel or time off.
- WORKING CONDITIONS
- Travel to CONUS locations may be required.
- Work is performed indoors with some potential risks to safety and health hazards related to electronics.).

Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of three to five (3 - 5) years experience utilizing Maximo required.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel required.
- Familiar with and/or practice ITIL standards in relation to an ITSM service desk software tool, ITIL Foundations certification required.
- Network + and/or Security + Certification preferred.
- BMC Remedy IT Service Management experience preferred.
