IBM Lotus Notes/Domino: Platform and Application Support

One of our well established client is looking for IBM Lotus Notes/Domino

Job type: 1 year extendable contract

Job Description:

A good track record of support and development in the IBM Notes/Domino platform to complement the existing technical capacity to:

Maintain the platform and keep it in a supported state vis-à-vis developments in browsers

Perform small improvements in existing databases/applications

The engineer will be taking care of:

Service Desk and Service Level Management

Preventive maintenance: maintain the platform and keep it in a supported state, application of patches and hotfixes.

Incident response/Corrective support: the selected contractor shall provide technical support and respond to ad-hoc disruptions to service and system failures for the OPCW Notes/Domino system(s), as per agreed SLA

3rd level support for changes such as Operating System upgrades

Perform small improvements in existing databases/applications, such as changes of indexing, additional fields, (custom) template updates, etc.

Perform routine tasks requiring specialist knowledge such as renewal of user certificates, SSL certificates

Additional responsibilities may include:

Improvements on the user interface of externally-facing applications and support for mobile

Activities and projects linked to porting of certain Legacy Domino applications to SharePoint 2013 (in case of custom databases and applications) or Exchange (in case of e-mail)

Upgrade of existing platform to Domino 9
