Within the Group Shared Service Centre SENT based in Brussels, the Collaboration Asset Management team is implementing innovative communication
solutions that enable our Business lines to improve productivity and efficiency.
The team is looking for enthusiastic team members eager to architect and engineer the next generation social services integrated in a highly complex environment.

Function Description
The IBM Connections Specialist will be a core member of the Collaboration Asset Management team responsible for planning and designing portal solutions to
support our employees using IBM Connections and CCM.
The Collaboration Asset Management team is a part of the Shared Service Centre "Messaging & Collaboration", which delivers services to the whole group worldwide.
Responsibilities include :
° Conceptual design, solution design and implementation of enterprise social integration using IBM Connections.
° Candidate will report to the IBM lead architect.
° Candidate is expected to participate in gathering requirements, documenting, designing, developing solutions using IBM Connections and CCM, and, the
related application integration and enhancements within the application. This includes support for application integration testing, integration development
and cutover activities.
° The Candidate will also participate in knowledge transfer to Operations and Support team.
° Provide leadership guidance over installation, configuration, integration, customization, deployment, administration and life cycle management of IBM
Connections.
° Provide leadership guidance over installation, configuration, integration, customization, deployment, administration and life cycle management of IBM CCM.
° Own the overall delivery of the IBM Connections and CCM projects.
° Hands on designer with significant experience of delivering high grade solutions.
° Integrate IBM Connections with other IBM (SameTime, Notes, Websphere, Portal) and non-IBM products (SharePoint, Office, Exchange)
