My client; a world leading consultancy, are looking for an IBM Cast Iron Developer/Designer to join the team on a interesting project.

Key Skills/Responsibilities:

* To work as part of a cross functional design team on client site with client teams to develop a set of detailed designs for Cast Iron integration patterns.
* Able to document designs, solicit feedback and address this in an iterative manner.
* Team leadership skills.
* Able to coach more junior development staff on how to develop the code.
* Able to code as well as design.
* Able to support testing from a triage and defect fixing perspective.
* Able to perform handover to customer teams of developed systems.
