IBM Case Manager Architect

My client is looking for an experienced IBM Case Manager Architect you will require Technical knowledge of the Caseman platform, and have architecture design/implementation experience of Caseman.

Tasks:

- Covering the platform FileNet P8 and Case Manager components ACM ODM-BPM-IIB solution; including documentation.
- Setup platform monitoring which includes performance monitoring and capacity planning (in alignment with STIB infrastructure team)
- Evaluation of technical/functional change requests using the technical change management procedure.
- Setup of and supporting the Caseman service reporting and act as spokesperson towards the client (involved in the TWG)
- Building platform and stream knowledge base in alignment with the Caseman Solution owner as input for L1 support.
