IBM BPM Senior Consultant

Location: The Netherland - Amsterdam or Arnhem

An excellent opportunity for a Senior IBM BPM Consultant to join a large international client in the Netherlands in Amsterdam or Arnhem, on a minimum contract until the end of 2016.

Qualifications
. 10+ years of experience with business process management
. At least 3 years of hands on development experience on the IBM BPM Suite
. Demonstrable experience in the areas of process discovery and optimization, requirements management and solution architecture and design (that focused on BPM and SOA)
. Must be familiar and comfortable in the domains of process modelling, process monitoring, business rules and business event based technologies and be able to lead teams in developing end to end BPM solutions
. At least 2 project implementations that exploit the full capabilities (discover, design, implement and optimize) of the IBM BPM Suite.
. Presales presentation skills
. Customer Relationship Management
. Customer Requirements Gathering and Management
. Experience working with Pre-Sales and Support
. Knowledge of the IBM BPM and SOA product stack including WebSphere Application Server, ESB, Process Server, Modeler, Monitor, ILOG etc. is definitely a huge plus.
. Possess a broad, enterprise-wide view of business and appreciation for strategy, processes and enabling technologies
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate with all levels of an organization from operational staff to senior executives both business and IT
