IBM ACM ANALYST - BRUSSELS, BELGIUM

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- University degree and minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience
- Minimum of 3 years work experience with IBM Advanced Case Manager
- Knowledge and experience with the following frameworks:
- IBM Content Foundation
- IBM Daeja Viewone
- IBM Datacap
- SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle RDBMS
- MS Office Integration
- IBM Docs
- UML (Unified Modelling Language) or equivalent, Case Tools
- RUP (Rational Unified Process), Agile, Scrum or similar methodology
- Expertise in the following domains would be an asset:
- Java/J2EE technologies and architectures.
- Java tools and frameworks: Spring, Spring MVC, Hibernate.
- Front End frameworks: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Angular or similar.
- Web services (WSDL, SOAP, REST, etc.)
- Database design and SQL.
- SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle RDBMS.
- BPML 2.0
- Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:

- Map business requirements to the features/capabilities of the Case Management Framework
- Define configuration and customization strategy and approach, ensuring their efficient management and reusability
- Support the customization and development of the case management solution according to the needs
- Advise on interoperability and integration of the Case Management Framework with other information systems
- Analysis and modelling of data and produce relevant documentation.
