IAM Specialist

One of the leading financial clients is currently seeking for a IAM Specialist (Process) to work on a 12 month rolling contract in the heart of Amsterdam, NL

As an IAM Specialist, I've included the responsibilities required to fulfil this role:

Building and maintaining relations with all stakeholders, especially IT, Human Resources, ISP, external partners and business owners, the main responsibilities include the following:

- Analyze current status, authorization matrices and procedures for IAM to determine the best approach;
- Investigate solutions for Strong Authentication together with IT Security, and select and implement a solution that meets the control requirements;
- Together with HR, IT Risk and IT Security, develop an improved (integrated) IAM authorization Matrix, which includes Non-Personal Accounts (NPA's) and adequate Segregation of Duties;
- Coordinate with ISP and Infra on the requirements for the implementation of tools for IAM (like Aveksa) and support the implementation;
- Write requested risk and IT Security related documentation like risk reviews, procedures and instructions, IAM control documentation, action plans, etc.
- Operate independently and manage relations with stakeholders like IT, HR, Business and support functions;
- Maintain relationship with risk department and operational risk committee on the project matters.

As an IAM Specialist, you will be required to be experienced within the following:

- Work experience in IT Security field, specifically IAM;
- In-depth understanding of IT and banking environment;
- TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
- Strong background in IT Security and IAM;
- Expertise on ISO/27K and COBIT;
- Usage of MS Office tools;
- IT understanding.
