IAM Solution Architect - Oracle IAM - Pharma - Switzerland - Contract

IAM SOLUTION ARCHITECT required to work on a project for a major pharmaceutical in Switzerland
ROLE DESCRIPTION
- Achieve agreed targets in terms of quality, time cost and customer satisfaction.
- Architecture meets business requirements for growth, performance, flexibility and scalability
- Technical Architect to drive the adoption by business applications of Identity and Access management Infrastructure
- Interfaces with application managers and the established IAM Foundation architecture team to perform application architecture assessment and recommend onboarding solutions.
- Drives application owners to onboard their application as efficiently as possible.
- The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong command of a wide range of technical skills related to architecting solutions.
- Stay abreast on the latest industry trends and best practices in Identity and Access Management.
- Identifies architectural solutions that are likely to contribute to the development of new IAM concepts.
- Analyze application's architecture to recommend a technical solution for onboarding to the IAM service. This will include workflow implementation, application configuration, and by exception customizations.
- Continuously improve efficiency of process for application onboarding. This includes architectural topics such as workflows, naming conventions, required for a seamless and standardized IAM adoption.
- Interfaces with all levels of management to negotiate applications requirements, priorities and solutions. May interface with department/business to identify and coordinate onboarding activities. Is able to effectively relate his/her technical expertise to varying organizational needs.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Strong Knowledge of Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Unified Directory (OUD), Oracle Identity Federation (OIF), and extensive experience with Identity and Access Management projects.
- The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong command of soft skills for communicating, negotiating and influencing.
- Degree in IT
- Fluent in English
- More than 7 years of experience in the area
- Highly experience IAM expert with strong knowledge of Oracle IAM products (OIM, OAM, OUD, OIF).
- Ability to work independently to define, manage, and complete activities.
- Takes action to resolve customer problems or concerns in a timely manner that exceeds normal expectations.
- Maintains clear and open communications with project teams members and customers.
LOCATION: BASEL - SWITZERLAND
DURATION: 01.08.2014 - 31.12.2014
Assistance will be provide for obtaining Swiss Work Permit, Housing, and opening Swiss Bank account.
