Je functie: Context
The Access Management department serves the purpose of managing on a global level how the company deals with the management of user access permissions and reduces security risks by offering adequate solutions and services for Logical Access Management.
In order to measure the effectiveness & efficiency of the access management services and the compliance of the access rights defined, it is essential to:
° Define Key Performance Indicators, control activities & objectives and implement the control activities defined.
° Monitor by analysing and detecting trends & deviations and identify opportunities for further improvement of the access management services
Function Description
The IAM Monitoring and Control Officer will actively be involved and committed to the
continuing evolution and implementation of the IAM monitoring and control activities.
The candidate will work in close collaboration with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure that the implementation and execution of the monitoring and control solutions fulfil the defined requirements and roadmap.
His main activities will be to:
° Understand and implement the IAM Monitoring & Control framework, i.e. governance, processes and tooling
° Perform the daily IAM Monitoring and Control tasks, i.e. generate and provide reports to stakeholders, manage the follow-up and resolution of the findings, etc.
° Implement and monitor the Key Performance Indicators for the Access Management Service.
° Analyse and detect trends, deviations and identify areas for improvement in the usage of the tool and its implementation.
° Maintain relationships with Audit & Compliance, collect the needs and formulate professional responses to requests.

Experience
° You have relevant experience in applying monitoringan experience in audit is a plus.
° Capable of quickly understand, analyse and document detailed processes in Information Security
° Capable of performing functional analysis on security aspects
° Good experience in writing business requirements and business cases
Technical Experience
Mandatory
+ Experience in security technology and processes (Identity & Access Management aspects, Segregation of Duties, Role Based Access Control)
+ Knowledge of the Information Security Standards & Frameworks
+ Excellent experience with MS Excel and SQL requests and reporting tool (e.g. BO, Cognos)
Preferable
+ Expertise in MS Active Directory, Websphere, Mainframe, Unix or Oracle
Business Experience
Mandatory
5 years' experience in a professional environment
Preferable
Professional experience within the Banking and Finance Industry
