IAM IGA Expert

Proteus Europe is searching for IAM IGA Expert for a 36 Month contract role based in Brussels, Belgium.
Languages
Minimum French of Dutch: active knowledge.
English: active knowledge.
Mission start date: 1/06/2016
Mission duration: 3 years, with the option to stop the contract each 3 months, with one months notice.
Our client:-
Our client is an international consultancy with a reputation for delivering on projects with their consultancy customers. You will join and be part of their team to ensure this current project is a complete success. The end customer is a Large Financial Institution.
Your new role:-
Identity and Access Management with the client can be seen as the discipline of handling the identities of internal colleagues, the provision and reconciliation of their linked access rights (including their management via Roles) and the regular recertification of those rights.
Currently, the client is working on a project to let the current tools and processes linked to this discipline evolve to new ones.
A first facet we will tackle with this project is that the current Identity management tool (in-house application) becomes outdated and requires too much maintenance in order to be compatible with the current technology evolutions and new business requirements. A new IGA solution has to be introduced.
A second facet we will tackle is that a successful governance of the access rights with a new IGA solution will need to rely on an up-to-date and understandable catalog of requestable access rights (entitlements). The current catalog needs to be cleansed, enriched, validated, etc.
How must the current mission help to reach that objective.
NBB wants an experienced IAM/IGA expert to join the UAP (User Access Provisioning) team to help to get this new IGA tool and to improve the catalog of requestable - entitlements.
Among others, this consultant will:
- Help to describe all processes to be covered by this new IGA tool,
- Help to prepare the tender for the new IGA tool (requirements gathering, technical architecture design, PoC organisation),
- Provide technical guidance and support during the selection (POC) and implementation of the future IGA solution,
- Help in the successful implementation of the chosen tool, eventually in close collaboration with the integrator of the chosen tool,
- Provide guidance, support and effective collaboration during the data labelling and clean-up exercise for improving the entitlement catalog together with technical and business internal end users,
- Provide support to the Project Manager to report on this project.
A CV with one or more previous similar experiences (introduce an IGA tool and entitlement catalog clean-up) is needed.

- IGA Tools: Experience and vendor neutrality
- Knowledge IT security/architecture technologies and protocols (LDAP, AD)
- Windows OS, Linux OS: basic knowledge
- Oracle database security model: basic knowledge
- SQL Server database security model: basic knowledge
Experience
- Proven Experience in similar missions (IGA tool, technical architecture design, Proof of concept preparation/implementation for an IGA solution.
- Proven experience in similar missions (Catalog of - requestable- access rights: cleansing, enrichment, categorising)
