IAM IDM Identity Management Consultant

ROLE PURPOSE
As a development member in an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Project, the person develops, tests, maintains (Regular Bug Fixing, Minor enhancements) and enforces the overall architecture of the information system built/implemented within the scope of a project.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
*The candidate is going to work on future enhancements/code fixes/major version upgrades of IAM infrastructure that is based on Oracle technologies
*Work in the capacity as a senior software developer - managing the Development Lifecycle from conceptual designs and POCs, to hands-on development
*Establish a Common Understanding on URS, FS/DS, Operations Manual and Work Instruction between and within project team, operational support team, management, system/application owner, business representatives.
*Must understand full SDLC in a complicated and complex environment, working alongside a large development team
*Perform system integration and software designs, development and design document and specification to customers' requirements
*Must have ability to work with QA team on defect resolution, bug fixing and enhancements as directed by the business sponsors
*Ability to manage relationships with off-shore developers/support members and ensure that code is properly maintained, secured and managed
*Support all Production changes and implementations; coordinate with various SMEs and Project managers on taking development led efforts to Production
*Performs or leads systems analysis working with technology architects and Engineering to research technology options and proposing solutions consistent with strategy and architecture principles.

KEY SKILLS
*Hands-on software development on the Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) & Oracle Access Management 11G R1& R2 PS1 (or greater) platform with a focus on implementing User Access Recertification, Access Requests and Provisioning/Workflows in an enterprise wide deployment
*Develop, re-engineering, testing and debugging software codes, OIM 11G R1 and R2 connectors and workflows, UI Customization, Online Help, SOA Approval.
*Ability to design, prototype and implement a proof of concept in a quick and agile method within the OAM & OIM 11G R1 & R2 platform based upon customer requirements
*Custom code development of connectors and adapters in OIM 11G R1 or greater
*Solution architecture of Oracle products - OAM, OAAM, OIM, OUD, OIF, OIA, SOA Suite, BIP
*Working experience with development in Java/J2EE
*Experience with SQL and LDAP databases
*Requirements gathering and analysis
*Knowledge of development practices and methodologies - waterfall, agile methodologies
*Experience with setup and maintenance of software development environment - bug tracking/source code management/build systems
*Skills in writing technical documentation, communication and presentation skills

DESIRED SKILLS
*Pre-sales experience (Oracle IDAM) is an advantage
*Third Party Security certifications like CISSP, CISM etc.
*Ability to work with a geographically dispersed team of Developers and testers on multiple platform/environments with a mix of contractors and consultants
*Stakeholder management & Negotiation skills
*German language would be advantageous
