IAM Architect, Oracle OIM, Pharma (Contract, Basel)

On behalf of our client in the pharmaceutical sector, Swisslinx are looking for dynamic and experienced IAM Architect with strong Oracle Identity Management knowhow for a new role in Basel on a contract basis, with a strong chance of extension.

IAM ARCHITECT, ORACLE OIM, PHARMA (CONTRACT, BASEL)

In this challenging new position, it will be you role to work as part of a team to develop internal technology infrastructure for business enterprises. You will interface with application managers and the established IAM Foundation architecture team to perform application architecture assessment and recommend on boarding solutions. You will drive application owners to onboard their application as efficiently as possible. The IAM platform needs to be capable to provide services (eg AuthN, AuthZ, Acc-/Role-Provisioning, Federation) which are designed in a way that they can cope with broad variety of application needs. The IAM provisioning service (based on Oracle's OIM product) needs to be setup/customized in a way that it can cope with currently known/anticipated future provisioning requirements of Business Applications. In addition you will analyze the application's architecture to recommend a technical solution for on boarding to the IAM service. This will include workflow implementation, application configuration, and by exception customizations.

In order to be considered for this new role, you will be able to demonstrate a strong command of a wide range of technical skills related to architecting solutions for the mortgage industry. The candidate will have a proven background working as an experienced IAM expert as well as experience with/managing the development of applications using a variety of current technologies, including Microsoft .NET, Java/J2EE and XML. In addition you will possess the following skills and experience:

- A strong command of soft skills for communicating, negotiating and influencing.
- Wide range of technical skills related to architecting solutions (.Net, Java/J2EE, XML)
- Very well understand and articulate the variety of needs that applications have towards an IAM provisioning service
- Know Oracle OIM as well as what approaches of tailoring the OIM off-the-shelf product to given app-requirements are recommended and confirmed by Oracle to be supported in their future OIM releases
- Make a concrete architectural suggestion to customize and tailor the off-the-shelf OIM to the application needs given as well as the future (not yet known) needs to come
- Demonstrate the suggested architecture's capability & maturity by physically establishing provisioning solutions for a variety of selected in house Business Applications
- Strong Knowledge of Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle
- Unified Directory (OUD), Oracle Identity Federation (OIF), and extensive experience with Identity and Access Management projects
- Fluency in English
